Which university is better among Galgotia university and lovely professional university to pursue B.Tech CSE?

I have completed my this year only with 66% in my boards and my jee mains marks is 55.i want to do b.tech in cse and very confused between these university gu and lpu .please tell me which one is better in terms of education ,faculties,placements and infrastructure.i am really confused.!
