Which university is better among Jaypee, Noida and Thapar University, Patiala for B.Tech in electronics? I live in Ghaziabad.

Thapar is the best as compared to Jaypee University among all the things like infrastructure, placements, atmosphere, cafeteria, libraries, lab, etc.

Thapar University is among the top private engineering colleges in India. Also, placement records are quite impressive. So, go for Thapar University.
