Which university is better among KSOU and Rajasthan Vidyapith to pursue B.Tech in distance mode?

KSOU is a State Government University. But nowadays, it is problematic. University itself seized by UGC.
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth is an autonomous university. Better go for something else.
