The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL Technologies, Asahi India, Ceasefire etc. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognizant, SAP, Microsoft etc. So that updated curriculum is provided. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. Hello, I am LPU alumni and currently working with HCL. I would like to share my experience with you regarding placement. I will not be biased to LPU, but will tell you the exact reality and industry expectations. Placement is something, which depends on both the student as well the college or university you are studying in. Both the parties, Student and University have to give their inputs then only, you can good placement. LPU has recently won National Employability Award 2020 and LPU students are marked as Most Employable Students. First let me talk about University or college, In case of placement the job of university is to get the best company for campus placement or get the students connected to maximum no. Of companies. Another most important job of the university is to prepare the student well for placements. This is one of the most important job to be taken care by the university. Just connecting the student to the company is not enough, preparing the student for the cracking the interview is more important. I being the LPU alumni, really appreciate the efforts of the Placement Enhancement Programs team for preparing the students from the first semester itself. They focus on not only the technical part but also on other aspects of cracking the interview. LPU faculty members prepare the student from scratch, focusing upon their communication skills, dressing sense, preparing CV, addressing seniors, responding questions, handling situation and many more. Dear Aspirant, I have completed my MBA programme from LPU and got placed in a reputed company with a good salary package, Being alumni of LPU, I would share a few things about placements at LPU. LPU provides very good placement every year in all the programs. Almost more than 90% of students are placed on campus at LPU. Moreover, more than 500+ companies visit LPU for recruitment including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. Dear Ayushman, LPU and Nirma University are good but if I talk about the placements, then I would say LPU is the best among all other private universities. Being alumni of LPU, I would share the placements of LPU with you. LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. To answer your question I would give you very simple reason that makes me firmly believe in LPU as always a better university. I am an alumnae of LPU and had witnessed the overall system of education in there. The reason I say LPU is the BEST because in the process of Engineering the university also worked on my overall development. Whatever I am today is because of the training and learning I had it from there. The complete system of the university is as per the corporate model. Starting right from the conduction of classes, time management and ums, deadlines and assignment submissions, club activities, student engagement programs, hackathons and competitions. It all boosted our overall development. LPU lays focus on Research & Development, Industrial Tie-Ups, Live Projects, International Exposure, Start ups, Placements and definitely overall development.
