Which university is better among LPU and Panjab University?

I am talking about LPU only because I have seen the things in LPU with my own eyes as per my experience in LPU as an alumni, LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Moreover the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) such as Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions etc. And generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session. I believe that you should visit LPU campus.

Tushar, You have not specified the course for which you have cleared the entrance test. These days private universities are at par with govt.universities. They are providing the same, even better, facilities to students as are being offered by government universities. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. Career choice is the most crucial decision for any student in their life. Before choosing any institute pleas make sure to have a deep research for the institute. Since my sister and me have studied in LPU I can give you some true inside picture of the institute. Faculty: The faculty is top notch. Highly experiences and most of them from IITs, NIITs with ample amount of knowledge and experience. Campus: Magnificient campus with all facilities that one can think for. Admission: Rigorous admission process for eligibility into any programme which automatically creates quality students to be a part. Courses offered: Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab is a multi-faculty institution offering 145+ programmes in various fields such as engineering. Pharmacy, law, architecture, fine arts, management, etc. Placements: One of the best in the industry I would say. They leave no effort untried to help student to get the best placements. But worth mentioning. If you are aggressive and prepare well with the well-equipped environment by LPU your placement shall be a mouth agape. Fees: LPU provides several scholarships which are integral part of their fee structure. Therefore making it quite pocket friendly in comparison to other colleges. Dear Tushar, Both Punjab University and LPU are very good in the education sector. But being alumni of LPU, I can provide the details of LPU only. LPU is spread over 600 acres of campus having 30000+ students and 3500+ faculty and staff. Many students come across the world which makes me feel like I'm in a foreign country. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package available for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement. Of course ! LPU. Being an alumni I would like to answer this. I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help, they are ready to help you out. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ). All a student has to do is to maintain a good academic record and personality to ensure his/her placement.
