I can't comment on PES but on the basis of feedback from my niece who pursued her studies from LPU, told that LPU is serving best to the students. I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help, they are ready to help you out. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ). LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses in India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel, and mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. Another thing that I liked about the university was that it has some of the best teachers on board. Not only did they make the classroom sessions interesting, but they were also were very friendly and catered to any doubts I had about a particular topic. I had a great academic exposure during my time at LPU. Students here get to work on live projects because of which they are able to learn in-depth about their subjects. They also get to attend the workshops and guest lectures during their time on campus which actually helps them gain valuable knowledge. LPU providing quality education and has provided good rankings to the university on various parameters like placements, quality education, industry interface, infrastructure, international relations, Tie-ups etc. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect to polish your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. The workshops and guest lectures that happen every now and then benefit the students. Also, students get the chance to do live projects at the university. Various opportunities for internships and industry immersion are also provided at LPU. Students also get placement mentoring which prepares them for the placement season.
