Dear PK, LPU is a private university with a very solid finances and vision, PU is a prestigious government university which is dependent on grants from UGC for functioning. Naturally it is difficult for a government university to invest in highly resource intensive programme like Aerospace which is pursued by a very small number of students due to niche area! Aerospace is a very resource and investment intensive programme to run. LPU is way ahead of any university in Aerospace engineering space.
