I would say, it is good to pursue MCA after pursuing BCA as you will get good job opportunities and better packages. Well, all universities perform well at their own ends but Lovely professional University is achieving its own Shine regularly at a higher pace be it academic, research, technology, exposures
The placement drives at LPU are highly efficient and successful, and I am saying this because one of my friend has done MCA from LPU only and right now she is working with Wipro. Few points told by my friend who did her studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision:
She told me LPU adopts new technologies faster than anyone

Chandigarh University, in my opinion, is the greatest of all for MCA. The college provides a number of resources for learning more about your courses. There is an amazing and beautiful campus where students from 52 different nations study. Many national and multinational companies come to the university to recruit students and conduct placement drives. The NAAC has given Chandigarh University an A+ rating. You will never be without support from lecturers or university workers for anything related to your academics or extracurricular activities because each department on campus has its own university branch and blocks. LPU would be the best for a masters course in computer applications.
The professors are mostly Ph.D.s. They go deep into the topics to make students understand and always ask for confirmation before leading ahead.
Now, after spending almost 10 months studying at LPU virtually, I am hustling up, taking opportunities, and interacting with people. I have come across many learned teachers (almost all are Ph.D.) who were very sweet and friendly. For every concern that a student has, there is a different department. I can just say that we are a community that is transforming the education model in India and the world.

All these are good universities to pursue MCA but we can rank them as follow-
    1) GNDU ( high ROI)
    - LPU ( exposure, amenities and scholarship)
    - Chandigarh University ( nirf ranking, placement)
    - Chitkara ( nirf ranking)
While choosing a college you can consider brand value, ROI and teaching quality.
