Chandigarh University is the best for B.Com LLB. The law department is not only just about books and classrooms, they have modern infrastructure, a separate library and an auditorium and yes also a Pro Bono Club and also has Madhyastha - Centre of Excellence and the placements are also really amazing like in firms like The Legal Cohorts, Chandigarh,   The Law Chamber, New Delhi,   Aggarwal & Associates, The Law Code, Chandigarh, etc.

Chandigarh University also has ties and collabs with high courts. You get to visit places like the High Court, Supreme Court and even Parliament.

Honestly, if you're planning to do B.Com LLB, I'd personally recommend Chandigarh University. The programme there is quite balanced—it doesn't just stick to theory but also gives you practical exposure like moot courts, internships, and even real-time case handling through their Legal Aid Clinic.

What I liked most was how the university gives you the flexibility to choose electives and explore your interests. Plus, they invite legal professionals regularly, so you get an idea of how things actually work in the industry.

The overall environment is professional but student-friendly, and placements are quite decent if you're really focuse

The NIRF ranking of CU is better. UILS offers a five-year integrated degree programme in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (B.Com. LL.B) that involves the study of commerce along with the in-depth study of law and legislation. The aspirates have a wide scope in terms of higher studies and job opportunities, as law and commerce are among the most secured and rewarding careers.

In this era of cutthroat competition, I would suggest you choose the university which has a better ranking, accreditation, and placement records. Chandigarh University has NAAC A+ accreditation and has been ranked 21 among top private law colleges, NBA accreditation, and many more. The university offers the best internship as well as placement options.
