I have been in LPU so I can vouch on their practices that they are implementing. Highly Qualified and Experienced faculty The faculty of the department is highly qualified and motivated with a strong commitment to teaching and research. The department has more than 45 Ph.D. faculty members working in different thrust areas of research. With an increasing number of faculty members from IITs, CSIR Institutes, renowned foreign universities, and Pharmaceutical Industries. Seminars & Mock campus interviews To enhance the employability, various guest lecturers of eminent career consultants, academicians, and well-known career consultants are arranged. Mock campus Interviews are also conducted from time to time by the industry & academic experts so as to meet the need of the recruiters. Employability Enhancement programme Classes Special classes to improve the employment skills are conducted for the students which enhanced the number of placements.
