I don't believe in comparisons but still you ask me to do so, I will advise you to compare the university on the basis of rankings accreditions, internships, curriculum and placements. I am not pretty sure about Shrada and GLA but can comment on LPU as one of my cousin pursued her studies from LPU and she highlighted that LPU floats the following B.Tech: a. I will advise you to book the seat at the earliest or maximum by 15-7-2020 to fetch the benefit of scholarship as I also came to know that the university offers scholarships to the students on the basis of caliber of the student.
