As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch, the knowledge that I gained while my course duration has helped me a lot in shaping my career. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their

LPU is apparently the best option for pursuing Computer Science Engineering CSE among all private universities. The curriculum is designed in a way which includes all aspects of education and is ready to be applied in the rapidly growing technology field. The placement cell works around the clock, advising students on their career paths, helping them write CVs, and preparing them for interviews.

In addition,  LPU enhances learning and personal development through its active campus, featuring numerous clubs, events, and networking opportunities. LPU also has the proper experienced teachers, great infrastructure,

Dear Akash, Chitkara University and LPU are the best private universities and growing in the education sector in India. But being alumni of LPU, I would be sharing the details of the CSE programme at LPU only. There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and ac

Hi, In the era of cut-throat competition, every institution is floating CSE and considers it a flagship course and claims that the institute is providing the best. Still, the best gets converted into the worst when it comes to the application part. Therefore, the only institute that comes to my mind is LPU. The LPU is a leading university with a world-class infrastructure and a faculty like the IITs. The LPU curriculum is focused on the latest developments and technical aspects that help students stay up to date. Live projects and internships in the companies add experience to the engineering graduates. Almost all the good companies vi

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
