In my opinion, Manipal is better for B.Tech CSE than Thapar in the field of placement.
Placement:
Over 292 recruiters participated in the 2020 placement drive who provided placements to 957 students. Out of 292 recruiters, 50 of the companies were amongst the Fortune 500 MNCs. The highest CTC stood at INR. 43.31 LPA while the average CTC stood at INR. 7.50 LPA. The lowest CTC offered was INR. 3.5 LPA. About 81% of the placement offers were from Core and Product-based companies while the rest of the offers were majorly from IT companies. Dear Naman, Both have good placement but in the case of infrastructure and facility, LPU is better than any other University. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. Dear Naman, Both have good placement but in the case of infrastructure and facility, LPU is better than any other University. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India.
