Chandigarh University is a better university to pursue B.Tech in computer Science engineering because CU provides good CSE faculty members, good course curriculum, good infrastructure and good computer labs also.

Among all these, I would suggest Chandigarh University. This is only one private institution growing and credited with NAAC A+. CSE deals with design, implementation, and management of information system of both software & hardware processes.
