    Dear,
As per the brand name, opportunities, course structure and innovation support I would recommend Chandigarh University.
But you need to re-consider the options for a better university for your engineering degree.

On contrary, if we see the alumni, achievements, academic and practical studies Apeejay Stya University and Manav Rachna University are incomparable with Chandigarh University. So, best option would be CU.

Among the shared options you must prefer Chandigarh university. It has good environment, crowd and placements. Also, its well recognised by the industry. You may also search for better options depends upon your rank. I may better suggest you if you share about which entrance exam, you have written and what is your rank. Also, let me know in which branch you are interested other than CSE.
