Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU.

I would say Chandigarh University is best for pursuing BBA comparing to Amity University because CU's business school is one of the best of the region.
