Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU.

Chandigarh University is better for BBA. With having NAAC A+ Grade CU is best for BBA. You can choose CU.
