As per my opinion, LPU is far ahead. LPU School of Computer Application is ranked among the top four Computer Applications Institutes of North India by NASSCOM. The education quality is pretty good in LPU. LPU invests a lot of time and money in maintaining world-class education and having world-class faculty in it. LPU has a huge number of international students studying here which proves the point that education is top-notch in LPU. The faculty to student ratio at LPU is 40:1. The professors are mostly Ph.D. s. They go deep into the topics to make students understand and always ask for confirmation before leading ahead. Curriculum: This will be a 3 years programme (6Semester), they have designed this programme for the keen learners who intend to construct strong basic conceptions and then hone their understanding in a specific domain with the assimilation and implementation through industry internship. Apart from Basic and Core courses, Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons / Co-curricular Competitive events, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, projects with NGOs, etc. Are an integral part of the curriculum. IMPECCABLE PLACEMENTS It is an established fact that LPU is the largest private university in India. With this, it is also the university that sees innovation over anything and always tries its best to provide its students. BCA is a course that has a high demand in the industry because it is an application-based course and LPU specializes in applied coursework. I have even seen people from foreign countries having the best time of their life on campus and learning things they would never have done before. The students of LPU have been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided into dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships.

Now, after spending almost 12 months studying at LPU virtually, I am hustling up, taking opportunities, and interacting with people. I have come across many learned teachers (almost all are Ph.D. who were very sweet and friendly. For every concern that a student has, there is a different department. I can just say that we are a community that is transforming the education model in India and the world. Curriculum: This will be a 3 years programme (6Semester), they have designed this programme for the keen learners who intend to construct strong basic conceptions and then hone their understanding in a specific domain with the assimilation and implementation through industry internship. Both the universities are good. But I would suggest you to go for LPU because LPU is ranked again by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023 on 23rd place amongst Top Universities in India (Both Government & Private) When it comes to placements, being an Alumni of LPU I would say you should not worry at all for placements, when you have chosen LPU. Though placements is more of a students labour but at the same time university also plays a vital role. LPU is recently been awarded with "National Employability Award Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India has recognised the LPU as one the most Employable and Placements oriented University. According to LPU officials they usually says that they provide 100% placements to all the eligible and placement aspiring candidates. More than 700 giant companies are visiting University campus to recruit the Industry ready candidates made by LPU. Average salary package varies from course to course. More than 900 drives are being conducted in a year. Now just imagine there are only 365 days in a year, and 900 placement drives are the big number, which simply means that students might witness 4-5 drives at every alternative days. Lets talk about experience:Many of my known alumni are placed in very good and reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad also Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. 100% Placements Of Eligible Students With the highest Offered Package Of Rs 30 LPA. BCA subjects include database management systems, software engineering, operating systems, web technology and computer languages. The eligibility for the course is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. The programme provides an introduction to the fundamentals of Information Technology, Imparts knowledge on networks tools and techniques by understanding various existing wired and wireless networking models and protocols. The course includes Open Systems Interconnection communication model, local area networks, bridges, routers, and gateways, addressing, and local and remote procedures. Simulating the physical layer basics, network protocol algorithms, error handling, flow control, multihop routing network reliability, timing, advanced network protocols, and infrastructure, applications of high-performance networks.
