In my opinion, Chandigarh University is better for civil engineering because CU not only concentrates on the academic performance but helps students to develop in all aspects. The course so designed is such that along with academic sense student also get industrial sense via industrial visits, guest lectures from profound industrialists, helping students giving real insight into industries the will eventually step into.
