Which university is better for civil engineering among Chandigarh University and DAV University, Jalandhar?

Hi Since the beginning of the creation, when someone placed a roof over his head or laid a tree trunk across a river to cross it, Civil Engineering existed. Both the universities are doing good, but there is one university far ahead of these universities, and that's LPU. Lovely Professional University is a good private university for the Civil Engineering programme. LPU offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. One of my best friends completed both B.Tech and M.Tech in Civil Engineering from LPU. He got placement as well while studying there. Now he has started his own business of construction and earning well. Recently, he told me that he is planning for a part-time Ph.D. from LPU itself in Civil Engineering. Lovely Professional University is one of the best institutes for engineering in the state of Punjab. So if a degree in B.Tech (Civil engineering) is what you seek, I suggest that you do consider LPU. I have sound reasons to actually make this suggestion. Actually I did MBA from Lovely Professional University but I have one friend who has done B.Tech Civil Engineering From LPU. He told me B.Tech in civil engineering course involves so much more than theoretical know-how. In addition to classroom lectures, students here learn via hands-on experiences which include site visits, lab sessions and so on. PPTs, animations and similar technological techniques are a regular part of classroom teaching too. The course material provided here enables to practice civil engineering using up-to-date techniques, skills, and tools as a result of life-long learning ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data. The course benefits the students by giving them an understanding of professional, ethical, legal, security and social issues and responsibilities. The Department aims to provide students with a technical foundation incorporated with the industrial need together with the breadth needed in the profession via advanced study or field training, or as a base for other pursuits. In order to get this develop we have timely workshops, and seminars. Coming to faculty, they are one of the best mentors to us & everything here is up to the mark.
