Which university is better for ECE among LPU and Satyabhama?

Dear Krishna, Both LPU and Satyabhama are good private universities and doing well. Coming to the ECE programme. My friend did M.Tech in ECE from LPU and now doing a Ph.D. in the same from LPU. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the EEE/ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Placements: LPU has a good placement record for EEE/ECE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. In which students of EEE/ECE are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at LPU is 31 LPA and the average package is 5.1 LPA. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Hands-on Practical: Students who study EEE/ECE from LPU get an opportunity to do practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab and other workshops conducted by this department such as Robotics workshop, Labview workshop and many more. Specialisation Offered in EEE/ECE: Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field. Research: All the faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is academics or any other. My guide during my programme helped me a lot in my research work and I published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. Both the universities are epitome of learning. As a scholar of LPU I have experienced it more closely so I can stance certain facts about LPU:- 1. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. 2. LPU has all the necessary accreditation. 3. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest learning by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. 3. Industry immersion can be seen as there are seminars and workshops held by the industry experts and the alumni, so that the students can get a fair idea of the market trends 4. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. 5. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career department is one of the largest and best in India. 6. LPU gives impetus to aid research and offers financial aids too for propelling research. 7. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready. Even mock placement drives are held. 8. The MNCs have recruited many students to top notch positions. Hello Krishna, As per my experience LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. So, you should go for LPU and you will not regret this decision ever.

Not much aware of Satyabhama but I recall last year one of my colleague's son took admission in LPU. Let me highlight what I came to know from one of my colleagues son: An Engineering programme clearly deals with the basic sciences to technology with relevant practice through labs and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. When it comes to Engineering Programme, LPU is the best place to think upon. The practical exposure instills confidence essential for crafting entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
