You would gain the Skills of Customer relations, Relationship management or Hospitality. Leaving apart the core departments of hotel such as F&amp;B service and culinary which are hard skilled with more action on the floor ; Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Revenue department within the hotels domain are more soft skill based roles to pursue.
