For BJMC and MJMC, Chandigarh University is best as they provide practical exposure to their students. They send their students into field trips, media visits to improve the skills of their students. They provide all equipments required for the course. They have many labs such as TV Lab, Radio Lab from which students learn practically. Even they have great placements.
