Hi Ujwala I think IGNOU is Better than SMU But remember Exams of IGNOU are very tough . . You can't pass the exam without Good Self Study. . Good LUCK

IGNOU has a better reputation for distance courses but it all depends on your on skills and hard work and how good you perform better in exams. you can opt for any one from IGNOU, SIKKIM MANIPAL or PTU.
