Hi Harsha,
The choice lies with you only. Both are equally good, rather nowadays private universities are putting more effort than some of the NIT's or even young IIT's. For NIT one has to crank JEE Mains whereas for LPU one can crack LPU NEST. I am not saying that LPU NEST is easier than JEE Main
