Which university is better for MS in Automotive Systems, HAN University of applied Sciences or Hochschule Esslingen ?

Hello, I am a mechanical engg. graduate(B.E) 2014 Batch from VTU with an aggregate of 81%, IELTS band 8.0, GRE- yet to write. I am interested in MS courses in automotive systems in Germany. Kindly suggest me some good universities . Can the GRE scores be sent even after the application deadline ?
