M.Sc. is more related with Science mean if u want to work in academic line or want to work in any kind of research side then M.Sc. is good if u want to work in Industrial environment then MCA will be ok. Simultaneously with ur MCA get hands on with C on Linux, C++ on Linux, JAVA on Linux, PHP on Lin
