Hi Dear, Both the universities are doing equally good but here I would prefer recent NIRF rankings released by MHRD. Where LPU is mile ahead than a mentioned name. If you are unable to make it to the top or good government & private engineering institutes then LPU is a good option to become an engineer. LPU is a better choice in comparison to GITAM because of its facilities and efforts to build its brand image.
