Without any doubt, Chandigarh University is best option for CSE out of others due to -NAAC A+ accreditation and Best placement records -Top companies like Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, Godrej, Flipkart, Cognizant visits every year for campus placements and better placement rates and higher salary packages

Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. CHitkara University Rajpura is not even NAAC accredited, while Baddi campus has only B grade by NAAC. CU is best for AIT CSE course.
