    No doubt UITHM culinary Science in CU is far better than Amity University. Chandigarh University is the best option you can opt for pursuing your graduation in Culinary. The infrastructure provided by Chandigarh University's Hotel Management Department is one of the best and of industry standards. State of the art Labs which includes Kitchen, Bakery & Cold kitchen.     Hi Jagwinder, this is a really nice question. Amity University is a pretty old university and is having its branches at various parts of India. But on the other hand this university is not accredited while Chandigarh University is accredited with NAAC A+ which means that the courses offered by the university is recognised world wide and the curriculum and administration of the same are upto the standards of NAAC which makes it the fastest growing university in north India and with close tie-ups with top universities in U.
