Chandigarh University is a unique institution. It is built on the strength of our students imagination, creativity, and passion to achieve something different from traditional learning. The University Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management (UITHM) at CU follows the same ethos and encourages the students to do things differently. CU is a great follower of the great Missile Man Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, who is the inspiration for young minds to dream big. Chandigarh University organizes Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Innovation Conclave to mark the World Creativity and Innovation Day since 2015.

Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
