Which university is better in terms of placement among Chitkara and LPU after completing BCA?

LPU is a better option than Chitkara LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.

Jasmine, Lovely Professional University is having very good placements. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several Big Brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2016-2017 for campus placements. If you are seeking admission in a college for BCA then I would like to suggest LPU, as the first preference. It is the best option in every context, whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. Chitkara University is also a good college, but if we compare it with LPU, then LPU is better. Now, it is up to you. Good luck.

Dear jasmine, BCA is good career option if you like the programming, databases, Networking etc. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of our students. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU; and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) and generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session. At Lovely Professional University, they not only talk about job placements, but career placements. As per students interest and inclination towards his or her career choice LPU provide career pathways and accordingly changes are done in the students curriculum based on the pathway being opted by students like: Corporate jobs. Government Jobs. Higher studies. Entrepreneurship Research. Last year, BCA students got maximum package of 5 to 7 LPA and average package was 3 LPA.

The BCA curriculum at Chitkara University has been curated keeping in view the requirements of the IT industry. The curriculum of the undergraduate course has been put together with extensive inputs from experts from academia and industry. Components such as core computer science courses, programming languages, application-oriented courses and soft skills courses make the curriculum complete.
