If you are seeking admission in an engineering college then I would like to suggest VIT as the first preference. It is one of the most reputed private colleges after BITS-Pilani. It is the best option in every context whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. MIT and SRM are also good colleges but if we compare it with VIT then VIT is better.
Now, it's up to you, but first of all, you have to clear its entrance exam.
    Good luck.

VIT is the best campus if compared to SRM and MIT since this is the best private institute and the placement are much better than SRM and also in terms of education, placements infrastructure, opportunities, and environment.

It is unlikely to get a CSE seat in VIT Vellore with a rank of 23,517, as the cut-off for CSE is typically around 8,000.

Explanation:

VIT Vellore's CSE programme is highly competitive, and the cutoff ranks for CSE in past years have been within the range of 7,500-8,000. Other specializations like IT and ECE close around 9,000 and 15,000-16,000 respectively. Since your rank is significantly higher than the expected cutoff, it's highly improbable you'll be offered a CSE seat in the main Vellore campus.
