If we talk about placements, then Chandigarh University is the best in it. The university ensures 100% placement record. Many top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, and Flipkart, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, etc. hire students at very high salaries. What makes CU stand out is its strong training system. They don't just give placements, they train students from the first year. There is a whole department for placements that helps students with interviews, resumes and everything. Even during Covid-19, CU was giving jobs to students. That shows how strong the placement system is.

When it comes to placements, Chandigarh University genuinely creates a solid platform for students to launch their careers. What stands out is the placement culture across departments—it's not just a final-year rush. From the first semester, there's consistent grooming through training modules, personality development sessions, and soft skills enhancement.

CU's placement cell (DCPD) is highly active. They don't just invite companies—they prepare students for them. The university's strong industry tie-ups and MoUs bring real opportunities for internships, projects, and pre-placement offers.

Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
