Dear Gaya, I am not much aware of the placement record of Chandigarh University but being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of placements at LPU with you. Comparing other Universities with LPU, I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Besides, other record-breaking placements for LPU includes:
the highest Placement (Engineering) Rs. 42 Lacs per annum (Microsoft)
the highest Placement (Management) Rs. 21 Lacs per annum (SOBHA Developers)
the highest Placement (Design) Rs. 36.5 L

Placements remain one of the topmost concerns of the renowned private Universities across the country. Although both these Universities are working hard to excel on the various grounds but at the same time, I must say as per my experience that the students of LPU have been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. Lovely Professional University offers excellent placement assistance to students of all the courses. Students enrolled in Diploma, UG, PG and Lateral
