I observed that both universities are doing good at many platforms. One of my colleagues cousin studied in LPU. She told that LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. More than 700 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The astonishing companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Samsung, HDFC bank, Colgate, and many more visit every year for on campus drives and hire many students. Both have good placement opportunities, but the better choice depends on the course and career goal. LPU has a strong focus on industry-oriented learning, practical projects and skills that are useful during placements. Its curriculum also gives students exposure beyond regular classroom study. Chandigarh University also has a good placement record and industry connections. For overall career preparation, especially where practical learning and industry exposure matter, LPU can be considered a strong option. The final outcome still depends on the student's skills, internships and interview preparation.

I am an alumnus of LPU and did B.Tech CSE, I find CSE very interesting and pursuing my career as a software engineer currently in Noida, some colleagues of mine had done ECE but were appointed as software engineers. Comparing other Universities with LPU, I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements.
