If you are willing into get into a technical environment then Chandigarh university would be better. Otherwise, if you are interested in research, practical exposure then shiv nadar university will be good.

Dear Rudra, To be honest, none of the given university is 'the best' for the mechanical engineering. You know that currently, India has a large number of unemployed engineers. I am not aware of the Shiv Nadar University as Chandigarh University provides the best placements for B.Tech mechanical engineering. For admissions, call on general admission helpline numbers.

Chandigarh University of Mohali is best than Shiv Nadar university. CU is best for the placement and the exposure, you will get in the industry.
