The university has well-equipped labs, a library, lecture rooms, and excellent farm facilities for agricultural experiments. Students learn about the latest advancements in the field of agriculture, disease resistance, fertilizers and, insecticides with extensive fieldwork, and students are taken to field trips for training. Every student is allocated a separate piece of land to perform their tasks under the supervision of the staff. Moreover, there's a lot of exposure in terms of workshops, seminars, guest lectures, international tie-ups of LPU. And I read that eir agriculture student from LPU bagged a Package of 1 CRORE. Both Places are doing well in the education sector. I have spent 4 years in lpu for my studies and I have seen that the agriculture department is one of the finest departments. Well-equipped and well grown from the last couple of years. Moreover, LPU is the first private university got ICAR approval. Now you would be saying why I am saying like that, actually my cousin has completed his degree from here only. In order to infuse understanding on emerging problems and technologies involved in agriculture field visits are conducted to neighboring farms, orchards and nurseries.
