Among all the four options available, I think choosing LPU would be a wiser decision. LPU is better in all the aspects like campus life, academics, placements, etc. About the academics here, it is very good. All the faculty members are very experienced here and are very helping and understanding too. Hence you can rely on them for any career advice that you may have. Also, whatever subject they teach, they have a very good command of that subject. The students here are very well-groomed for the placements. There are classes to teach you all the etiquettes related to placements. About the placements, it is very good too here at LPU. At LPU around 500-600 companies come for recruiting students, and out of all those more than around 100 companies are those which also recruits from IIT and NIT. When the placements are concerned, LPU has and is still setting a new benchmark every coming year. Recently a student at LPU was offered a package of 42LPA. This year too, around 11 students were offered a package of up to 30LPA. And the Campus Life here at LPU is great too. LPU has got a huge 600-acre beautiful and lively campus with world-class infrastructure. Hence, your time here at LPU will be a WORTH IT time of your life.

All of them are good, but in my opinion, LPU is far superior to all other universities in terms of infrastructure, placement opportunities, scholarships, and academic programmes. LPU is one of the greatest private institutions in the country, boasting world-class infrastructure, cutting-edge facilities, and a highly trained faculty. It has more than 35000 students spread out around the campus in several professional schools. The placement season from LPU becomes the favourite landing place for top recruiters like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Amazon, Bosch Engineering, Tata Consultancy Services, Federal Bank and many more! My friend was the student of LPU and he had a great time and learned a lot throughout my time there. Thapar University is the best place if one wants to link its theoretical knowledge with the industrial culture. Going to Thapar University was the best phase of my life. Starting from the day one of your college life, u are made to work hard by making u go through a curriculum full of challenges which will make u realize what engineering is really all about quite similar to what is done in the IIT's or any other premier engineering institutes in India. One can also take part in various extra-curricular activities. And then comes the most important part I. e placements which are actually the main query of all students. Placements in Thapar University are really good if u have the caliber u will easily get placed. In a nutshell, if u are in doubt whether to go for Thapar University, don't hesitate to go and grab the chance it will really do wonders which u will realize in your 3 year itself when u will SEE your seniors get placed in good companies and it will really motivate u for your companies.
