Which university is good for B.Tech amongst LPU-Jalandhar, Amity-Noida, SRM-Chennai and Sharda University?

Since B.Tech is a programme which is dependent on technological advances in the relevant industries, it is imperative that programme curator needs to be highly dynamic to the industry needs. Normally, I would compare the college on various parameters before coming to the conclusion, these are: Curriculum development: Is the curriculum at the college/university regularly upgraded with industry inputs. Teaching pedagogy : Mere classroom learning doesn't work these days, your college must have experiential learning practices. More the practical, better it is. Infrastructure: To support the practical and theoretical aspects of the curriculum, equipment and other resources. Projects and internships : For learning hands on the real time situations in companies. Professional enhancement: The college must focus on the personality development, soft skills, interpersonal skills, work ethics etc. For making students right id of professionals. Technologies: The curriculum must includes the trainings on the latest and cutting edge technologies like SAP, GitHub etc. For improving the efficiency. Student diversity: When the class comprises of people from diverse nationalities and background, students learn the most important part of working in corporate, team work and cross cultural sensibilities. Faculty: Obviously the faculty members must be of high caliber and research oriented. Industry interface: There must be regular industry interactions, seminars, conferences, visits and mentor-ship programs organised by university. Entrepreneurship and community projects: The universities need to have design thinking, innovation and business incubation labs, some universities like LPU are a step further, they also have SEED capital facility for deserving startups. Placements: After all it boils down to placements, the university must attract god number of companies for recruitment and offer good salaries as well as job roles. My 16 years of experience tells me that LPU has excelled in all of these way beyond everyone else in the competition. It is proven by the such large number of students, companies and universities it attracts from all over the world. Others need a huge catching up it seems. Hope this helps.

Hello dear, Although All the above mentioned universities are equally good there are just nuances among all these Universities. Majorly the regions are different and all are putting great efforts in there academics and enhancing other salient features. Still There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. LPU is an international university with more than 700+ tie ups with industries and companies to support academic and placement of his students. My cousin sister done her B.Tech in CSE from here and she got placed in Cognizant with top package. Other friends of her also placed in other companies such as Capgemini, Tech. Mahindra, BOSCH, Amazon, Texas Instruments, Cadence, Sandisk, Moserbear. Their junior Tanya Arora who is recently in news, got placed in Microsoft with 42 LPA. So, we have no doubt that LPU is best and a bench marks for placement and internships of students not only in CSE but also in other courses. One more point I want to highlight here is that the scholarships offered by LPU helps a student without any monetary burden. Dear Sakshi, LPU-Jalandhar, Amity-Noida, SRM-Chennai, and Sharda-Noida are good private universities but I would like to share the details of the B.Tech programme at LPU. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University.
