Which university is good for MBA: Lovely Professional University or Amity University and why?

I have completed my MBA from LPU and I believe that LPU is one of the best universities among all the B schools as well as other ranked universities. I will share certain facts which would justify the same. 1. Accreditation: As LPU got accreditation from Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP). Not only LPU is highly accredited but also it is having numerous international tie ups for instance university of North Alabama, Livingstone College etc. 2. Size: LPU is spread over 600 acres campus consisting of 3000+students and 3500+ faculty members and staff. Students are taking the admissions not from all over India but across the borders as well which make me feel that I am in a foreign land. 3. Ranking: LPU has following ranking: 1. Impact rankings 2021 2. National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds 3. Outlook has ranked LPU as 5th among top 50 universities 4. Knowledge Review rated LPU as 10 th among Best training and Placement Institute 4. Infrastructure: LPU in itself a town as all the amenities a student could found at one place there is no need to move out of the campus. From Central Library to Hospital, Bank, ATMs, JIM facility, swimming pool. A student could enjoy his or her life in the best way. 5. Placements: LPU is having outstanding Placements record for the students. As every year not only national companies but also international ones are also hiring the LPU students for instance Amazon offers 30 Lacs package per annum. The Corporates which have visited the campus are Microsoft, Amazon, DBS Bank etc. 6. Faculty: LPU composed of the best faculty members from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. 7. Upgraded Approach: LPU is highly upgraded in its parameters as it includes paperless attendance, online assignments, submission etc. We can also raise our grievances online itself.

LPU is the better option as LPU curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy forms the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is, LPU focuses on practical. Technology trainings : The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the LPU MBA programme has exposure and training of the same. Students are exposed to the world leading technologies like, GitHub, Advance excel etc. Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. LPU ecosystem provides numerous opportunities for it. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc. Are given high importance in the organizations. LPU programme includes the training or modules on all these. Community service: LPU exposes the students to community projects in between the course to develop the humane side of the person as well as learn the organizing skills. Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a LPU is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, LPU excels in it and provides the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships. Placements: Since the ultimate aim of attaining a skill/knowledge/degree is to have a career, it is desirable that whichever university you chose, It must have good industry linkages to attract the good recruiters which value fresh talent. LPU has a stellar record in placements with over 800 companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Money plays an important part in India, LPU with its already reasonable fee structure offers scholarships to meritorious students!

LPU is the good university for MBA as they prepare students as per industry demand and moreover they also offer certification courses in which 20-25% courses is teach by industry experts to students which help them in their career and moreover LPU provides good opportunities in term of placements to their students and 600+ companies visit every year for recruitment. LPU also provides professional enhancement classes to students in which they guide and prepare students for placement and internship and also identify training needs of students for their better development.
