Which university is good for me near Delhi NCR with fee less than Rs. 70,000? I want to do LLB of 3 years. I'm a graduate.

Check out for entrance exam of Faculty of law - Delhi University.
If you managed to get in there, that's the best option for pursuing LLB in north India and also it is in your budget as well.
