Good placements are backbone and barometer of success of any institution. Over the years I have observed that LPU is the one which has developed the largest network among the industry for industry interface, interactions, internships, projects and consultancies. Dear Minakshi, I can tell about the LPU. The placement of LPU is very good.600+ companies visit the campus every year and almost 90% of the students got placed. Last year a girl placed in microsoft with a package of 42 Lacs per annum. The highest package of management is 19.75 Lacs from SOBHA developers. The placement staff of LPU works very hard for bringing the company in the campus.

Both the universities are epitome of learning. As a scholar of LPU I have experienced it more closely so I can stance certain facts about LPU:- 1. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. 2. LPU has all the necessary accreditation. 3. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest learning by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. 3. Industry immersion can be seen as there are seminars and workshops held by the industry experts and the alumni, so that the students can get a fair idea of the market trends 4. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. 5. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career department is one of the largest and best in India. 6. LPU gives impetus to aid research and offers financial aids too for propelling research. 7. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready. Dear Aspirant, Both Manipal University and Lovely Professional University are good universities. But I have no idea of the placements at Manipal University. Being alumni of LPU I will be sharing the details of placements at LPU with you. I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Engineering- Rs. 42 LPA Management- Rs. 21 LPA (SOBHA Developers) Design- Rs. 36.5 LPA (SIXT India) Agriculture- Rs. 19.25 LPA Amazon recruited LPU students on a package of 28 LPA Internship Stipend- 80,000 per month. (which is really hard to get in other universities) The reason why LPU has better placement records than other universities is because of its unique career cell. It enables students in getting relevant work experience to complement their studies and develop appropriate skills and knowledge. Resume writing, aptitude development workshops among other activities are hosted for the overall development of students and prepare them to crack the interviews easily. Right from Google to Apple, students of LPU are working worldwide.
