Which university is recommendable for M.Com among Jamia Milia and IGNOU and on what basis?

Jamia is better than IGNOU because a regular university is always better then open one. If you want to go for any job preparation then go for IGNOU.

then I would preferably select jamia milia... coz I am doing CA ... right now not restricted with job obligations
