Hi, In North India, I must say LPU is might be as good as IHM's in North India. And yes LPU does offer a Bachelors's degree in Hospitality and Airline Tourism. In my opinion, LPU is a better option in terms of quality education, reasonable fees and plenty of exposures along with good placements. You can definitely go for it.

LPU is a better option as it has a separate unit for HM. Whereas, SRM has its part of the lab structure. LPU also has larger collaboration for training and internship, plus in LPU you will find more and qualified faculty for the same.
