    As a student of Lovely Professional University both the university are great at their places. But in my point of view studying in LPU is much better because of their Ranking, education, placement, generation and infrastructure in each component LPU is better. Infrastructure: There is inexperienced regions in the university at so my distinctive regions, lecture room with a/c, google lab, IMAC lab, moot court, quality artwork lab, agriculture farmland, area centre, play grounds, and each girl and boys hostel.     Hello,I hope you're doing good. Lakshya, SEE both the colleges are good and providing quality placements to their students. But if we choose one of these two, I would recommend Thapar University. Not just for their Placements, but also for their support and quality faculty members and also, for their Infrastructure. Which is one of the best in India.

    Hello,
    You have posted a query that can be called as a Shakespearean dilemma. To be it not to be. Both the establishments that you have mentioned that is Thapars and LPU are very well known in whole of North India for providing quality education and also their success in placing students after completion of their studies. My sincere opinion is that you should select the college which is more convenient to you from the perspective of commutation from your home or which charging less fees over 4 years period. This colleges are equal in all respects. Best wishes to you.

    We should not compare the two, both the universities are good at their place. But as a student of LPU I would like to say LPU is best because in India LPU is one of best private university. Its ranking, placement, education, infrastructure and diversity makes this university one of a kind. Ranking: - LPU comes under top 100 amongst all private and government university.     Even though Lovely Professional University has better infrastructure and facilities, Thapar University is the better option for any branch of Engineering. Without giving a second thought, definitely go for Thapar University. Its a very old university of Punjab now a deemed university. Campus placements are improving every year. Many big shots like Deeshaw, Microsoft, Deloitte, ZS associates, Freescale and many more visits for campus placements. Culture wise its super cool.     Both the universities are great at their places, as if I talk about LPU, this university is differently great in north zone of India. This university's reputation is above than any other university around and there is no scope of comparison because LPU have their own standards. University management is one of the best in India, that the students of any college have a case study of LPU Management in their curriculum.
