Which university offers a better master's program in petroleum engineering: NTNU or the University of Stavanger?

<p>As per student's opinoin we can compare the University of Stavanger and NTNU for petroleum engineering as such.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>NTNU is currently safer since it is more well known, but grades and your own performance will matter even more. UiS might be more present locally, which is nice.</li><li>Research, might actually be UiS, since they want to grow and might specialise more. You have several unemployed tech people in Trondheim, and more abroad competition.</li><li>NTNU, but like I say, that reputition might be diminishing nationally</li></ul>
