I am an alumnae of LPU and had witnessed the overall system of education in there. The reason I say LPU is the BEST because in the process of Engineering the university also worked on my overall development. Whatever I am today is because of the training and learning I had it from there. The complete system of the university is as per the corporate model. Starting right from the conduction of classes, time management and ums, deadlines and assignment submissions, club activities, student engagement programs, hackathons and competitions. It all boosted our overall development. I had many friends who were from MBA. During their course they were made to take up live projects and work on it. Certain few also got stipends which boosted their moral and also trained them on working model of real time task at job. LPU has set new bench marks in Placements which is one of the most promising part of a good university today. LPU strongly believes in the fact that learning doesn't happen only by books equal amount of external exposure is much needed for the holistic development of one self. In order to nurture such approach the university conducts multiple live project, floor job trainings and runs specialised curriculum that builds insightful understanding of concept and its applicability. The highest Salary Offered to MBA Student at LPU in the recent batch is 21 Lacs by Amazon and average varies from 6-7 Lacs. If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). I did MBA from LPU and LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. I would say, The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. If I talk about faculty, Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have decade of experience. Faculty was really helping. Even they helped her after regular university hours for her projects. Entrepreneurship projects are integral part of curriculum and help establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs. I got opportunity to work on community development project on social issues to cultivate social sensitivity and sense of responsibility. They have ample of specializations in MBA and also provides dual specializations. I remember during my batch almost all the students got placed, there were hardly few left and those were determined for either higher education or some business plans. LPU saw participation from over 800 companies in the recent 2020 placements and saw a great jump in the highest package that reached 42 LPA. The highest stipend also touched Rs 80,000 for the final placements 2020. Recently one of my friend also completed his MBA from LPU. So I will share few stats of recently placements at LPU for your further clarification. With a track record of 100% placements for most of its courses, the final placement session of LPU witnessed high salary packages offered by top-notch companies for recent years.
