Which University offers the best course in M.Sc. Economics - Chandigarh University, LPU or Amity University?

Dear Sameeksha, I don't know whether M.Sc. Economics is offered at Chandigarh University or Amity University but being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that LPU offers M.Sc. In Economics. My friend has taken admission this year in this programme, There are key points that are worth to be highlighted: 1. Capable of opening new opportunities especially for the students who wish to pursue a higher degree in the field of economics as it includes the subjects of economics starting from basics to the advanced one including the course on econometrics which is high in demand. 2. Education is imparted under semester system and or improved learning, emphasis is laid on Seminars and Case-Based Teaching. 3. Nowadays, the knowledge of statistical tools and their applicability is highly required by big industries. This demand is fully kept in the mind when curriculum for the programme is designed. LPU provides the students with the following options: a. Core and Elective Courses b. Language and Communication Skills c. Open Minors d. Workshops and Seminar Courses 4. Finally, Pathways are also floated, which actually assist the student to achieve his/her dream. Three pathways such as Corporate Jobs, Government Jobs, and Higher Studies are offered to the student in the fourth term. More emphasis and hands-on training through workshops on SPSS, Data Analysis, Excel Modelling, Computer Applications, etc. 5.
