Which university/polytechnic college is better for doing computer science Diploma: Thapar Polytechnic College or Lovely Professional?

Thapar University ranks above LPU in every ranking and survey. Hence, if the choice is to be made between the two colleges, I would recommend Thapar University hands down.

Lovely Professional University is better because of very good environment and highly educated teachers and LPU is giving scholarship for all the students.

Thapar University is better though, its title for university is in risk. It's more of an institute than a university. So, practically, it will be risking your future as you are just raw fresher. So, go for LPU for more secured future.
