Which university provides Phd or Mphil on part time basis for HUMAN RESOURCE?
I have completed my MBA (hr) from annali university with 65%. Now i would like to get a Mphil or Phd degree in the same field. As i am working an and cannot leave my present job, i would like to go for part time Mphil or Phd. These course have become an urgency for me my appraisa and promotion. kind

For Phd. or M.Phil in HR you can look for TISS, Basanthali etc.

Thanks Aneeket for inviting me to answer this question. as per the regulation framed by UGC part time Ph.D. And M.Phil is not allowed in the distance or part time basis. In fact candidate never comes for the contribution as per the research is concern. They are coming for the promotion or appraisal
