Which university provides the best Diploma courses in engineering in UP?

Diploma Courses in engineering in UP are only offered by Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh. It is not a university and several colleges under this board provide the courses. The topmost colleges are Hewett Polytechnic and Lucknow Polytechnic in Lucknow. Government Polytechnics of Raibareilly, Barabanki, Gajiyabad etc. Are also very good colleges for Diploma. You can apply for it through JEECUP. Some Institutes like CIPET offer their own specialised courses. They are applied through the institutes directly. -
